Scot Blake
Scot Blake was born and has spent most of his life in Wyoming. He enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, motorcycles, and spending time with his family. Especially his daughter Kenna Blake who he hopes one day will continue Wheels of Valor. Scot is 50% owner of three companies, Blake Trucking, Blake Operating, and Strokers USA all while serving as President of Wheels of Valor. His love of his country, respect for all those who serve, and passion for motorcycles makes his dedication to help veterans find purpose, brotherhood, and healing through motorcycles and community a perfect fit.

Kyle Blake
Kyle Blake is a proud husband and devoted father of four who believes that family always comes first. A lifelong Wyoming resident from Rawlins, he has a deep appreciation for the outdoors, with a passion for hunting and everything the Wyoming lifestyle has to offer.
As the owner-operator of a trucking company, Kyle is known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to getting the job done right. When he’s not on the road or spending time with his family, you’ll likely find him riding his Harley or enjoying the great outdoors.
Kyle is especially honored to be a part of Wheels of Valor because of the deep respect he has for those who have served our country. His grandfather’s military service inspired in him a lasting appreciation for the sacrifices made by our nation’s veterans. Combined with his lifelong love of riding motorcycles, being part of Wheels of Valor allows him to bring together two things that mean the most to him—supporting veterans and sharing the freedom and healing that can be found on the open road.
Treasurer
Kelargo Blake
Kelargo Blake was born and raised in Wyoming and works alongside her husband at his companies Strokers USA, Blake Trucking, and Blake Operating. Coming from a Navy family, Kelargo has always had a deep respect for those that serve our country and is proud to be the treasurer of Wheels of Valor. Her father served in Vietnam and Kelargo is dedicated to making sure that veterans get the support they need and deserve, to help them find healing through Motorcycles, brotherhood, and being a part of an amazing community. Wheels of Valor is something Kelargo is very proud of and she can’t wait for her daughter Kenna Blake to be a part of.

Koleen Scott
Koleen Scott has called Wyoming home for most of her life and is the Head Veterinary Technician at a small-town veterinary clinic in Rawlins, Wyoming. She and her husband, Ryan, recently welcomed their son, Rory, into the world. Becoming a parent made Koleen want to do her part to help make the world a little better place for Rory. With a deep love for America and immense respect for the men and women who have served our country, Koleen is honored to support a mission that gives veterans the opportunity to heal, build lasting friendships, and know their sacrifices are never forgotten. She is proud to serve as Secretary of Wheels of Valor and help make a difference in the lives of our nation’s heroes.
Vice-President
Ryan Anderson
Ryan Anderson grew up in central Wyoming and joined the U.S. Army at just 17. Over nearly 11 years of service, he served as an Airborne Infantryman with the 82nd Airborne Division and 4th Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Airborne), later becoming an Airborne School Instructor (Black Hat) and later a Drill Sergeant. After two deployments to Afghanistan, Ryan was medically retired as a Sergeant First Class.
Today, he works at a chemical refinery, runs his own business, and rides with another veteran nonprofit — all while serving as Vice President of Wheels of Valor, where he’s dedicated to helping fellow veterans find healing, purpose, and brotherhood through the power of motorcycles and community.

The Blake family is the heart and origin of Wheels of Valor. As the founding family, their generosity, vision, and unwavering commitment built the foundation this mission stands on. They welcomed Ryan into their family without hesitation, trusting him to help carry their legacy forward and shape a nonprofit dedicated to healing and supporting veterans.
Their support for the veteran community is constant and unquestioned — offering their time, their hands, and their resources whenever needed. The Blake family embodies the spirit of service, compassion, and brotherhood that defines Wheels of Valor, and we will forever be indebted to them for the path they started and the lives they continue to impact.

Steve Hinton
Hey, I'm Steve Hinton, I've lived in Wyoming most of my life, spent 1971 - 1974 with the USN with 4 tours in Vietnam. Lived in Alaska for a while, now back in our great state, riding with some awesome brothers and sisters in the CVMA®.
I am honored that I was chosen to be a part of this wonderful organization. There were no opportunities like this when I came home, but the woods became my escape. I'm looking forward to the time we will share with you successful applicants, Congratulations and Welcome Home.
